Upon arrival at the terminal please make your way over to our Henrys Desk before collecting your luggage to check in with one of our drivers so they are aware that you have arrived.

Our desk is situated on the end wall of the arrivals area adjacent to the baggage carousels.

Flight arrival times can be unreliable, especially at peak times so exact bus departure times are difficult to predict. We are also able to take ‘walk up’ passengers, although we do recommend to book in advance to avoid disappointment. If there are no pre booked passengers either way on late flights our buses may not be there to meet the flight.

Henry’s Airporter is closed Christmas Day, New Years Day, Australia Day and Good Friday.

Normal luggage allowance includes 1 suitcase and 1 carry on item per person, any additional standard sized items cost $6 per item. Any large luggage items including surfboards, bikes, golf clubs etc. cost $10 per item.

Surfboards (Gold Coast & Brisbane Services). Surfboards must be less than 6ft long (183cm), Should the surfboard exceed 6ft they will be unable to be transported due to our coaches' trailer size restrictions.
Surfboards (Sunshine Coast Services)- Passengers carrying a Surfboard (we can take any size) need to supply their own straps and are required to be attached by the passengers.
